Congress language
The official language of the 5th WCD Congress is English without any translation.


Venue
The 5th WCD Congress and Exhibition is held at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall in the city of Thessaloniki, in Greece (http://www.tch.gr/). Thessaloniki Concert Hall was created in order to satisfy the need of the city for a venue that could house not only artistic, but also various other activities.

How to get here
The Thessaloniki Concert Hall is located on 25 Martiou Street, where it meets the waterfront, right next to the Posidonio Athletic Centre.

You can easily reach the Thessaloniki Concert Hall from every neighbourhood of the city by using public transportation.

By bus:
The Thessaloniki Concert Hall is in 100 meters distance from the bus stop “Georgiou” where buses nos. 5/6/8/33 pass and in 200 meters distance from the bus stop “Martiou” where buses nos. 30/78 pass.

By taxi:
You can always find a taxi after the end of an event at the taxi station right in front of the entrance of the Concert Hall.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificate of attendance of the 5th WCD Congress will be available on June 16th . A personalized certificate will be distributed to each registered participant against his/her badge and according to their attendance hours.

Awards
All Presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and the delegates; The Best Free Communication, Best e-Poster and Best Poster Presentations will be awarded. Awards will be announced during the Closing Ceremony of the congress.

Badges and Security
It is essential that all participants wear their personal badge at all times in the Congress area, as it is the official entrance pass to scientific sessions. The badge is mandatory also for the Welcome Cocktail to be held on Thursday June 16th following the Opening Ceremony of the congress.

Internet Corner
Participants will have the opportunity to access e-mail at the internet corner located at the exhibition area, operating during congress hours.


Free Communications
Free Communicatuions will be presented according to the Final Program. All presenters should contact the Speaker’s room at least 2 hours prior to their session, to ensure the technicians load their presentation. Speakers of the morning sessions should deliver their material the day before their presentation. Each oral presentation should last 10 minutes –including 2 minutes discussion.

e- Posters
e- Posters will be presented in screens according to the numbers given in the Final Program at the designated area of the congress venue.

Poster Presentations will be presented according to the Final Program. EACCME
The 5th World Congress of Dermoscopy has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for 19 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

The EACCME® is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony of the 5th WCD Congress will be held on Thursday June 14th at 19.30 in Hall I- M1 Building.
At the same time, projection of the Opening Ceremony will also be available in Hall II.
